Experience Description:
Each session is designed to produce a highly innovative learning environment so that participants can think and behave in a fresh, creative, and highly productive manner. And while each session is uniquely designed, the following serves as an outline of how the session typically flows:

 

  • Using a researched based, practical, and repeatable creative-thinking process
  • Identification and clarification of the key central-issue challenge, opportunity, and/or problem to be advanced
  • Teams are organized around specific unique central-issue challenges
  • Use of experiential learning exercises to warm up the group and encourage them to “break-set”
  • Facilitator models the creative-thinking process and divergent/convergent tools to be used
  • Teams apply the creative-thinking process and divergent/convergent tools against their specific challenge(s)
  • Teams present their ideas, alternatives, and/or concepts and receive feedback from other teams
  • Use of experiential learning exercise to facilitate breaking set
  • Teams improve on their ideas, alternatives, and/or concepts based on the feedback they received
  • Teams present their improved ideas, alternatives, and/or concepts
  • Teams identify key going-forward actions to accelerate implementation
  • Sponsor(s) make closing comments
